Kemichal Srl was certified in 2001 as a quality system by the international standard UNI EN ISO 9001. The Quality Management System, developed in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001, is designed to improve the organization of activities: it identifies and describes the company's working methods and the controls implemented, it provides the possibility in order, to manage their resources and their production processes to recognize and meet customer needs. The quality system is certified by a qualified external body in an annual review.
Fire resistance certificate for acrylic paint
Kemichal Srl has been certified for the fire resistance of the acrylic lacquer OCV869RF, both in the transparent and multicolor cycles, by the Giordano Institute (Italy) in relation to the UNI EN 13501-1:2019 standard, with the classification B - s1, d0.
The certified, transparent cycle consists of 3 layers of 130 g/m2 transparent acrylic varnish for interiors, code OCV869RF, catalyzed by a 20% catalyst code C340S, gloss level available from 10 to 50 gloss (check the technical data sheet).
Kemichal's fire retardant cycle effectively slows down the fire spread time by creating a barrier to the flame and reducing the combustion and subsequent carbonization of the wood. In addition to fire resistance, the OCV869RF varnish guarantees the product's high aesthetic quality.
Water circuit certification for outdoor use
Kemichal Srl has obtained certification for the water circuit for outdoor use by EN 927-2 and the additional requirements of the technical specifications.
The water cycle for outdoor use has been certified by CATAS, currently the largest Italian research, development, and laboratory research institute in the wood and furniture sector. >Certification includes regular inspections of products and production and organizational processes of the corporation by CATAS, constant inspection by the company, and periodic laboratory tests on the product. This ensures that all production is certified while helping to improve product quality.
